If you want to support a business where the owner will email you to talk down on you for an honest score you gave. Was told I was ?childish and had growing up to do? because of a stylist at this location. If you don?t want honest surveys, stop offering them. Be a business owner and own up to your problems. If your stylists can?t stop dodging child haircuts, you as a business owner needs to handle these situations. High wait times aren?t from being busy, it?s from your stylists dodging haircuts because they?re lazy. Again, thank you Cindie, you were great! Hopefully you will find other employment away from this business owner.

Great and friendly staff did a great job

2 hour wait for a haircut. With just 3 people waiting.. Simply rediclous.. And they wonder way a 10 dollar hair works just fine.. Terrible coutomer service
